I am brainstorming a business plan with a friend. I have a tech business license and he has construction license/bonding. 

We have been experimenting with all sorts of Meshtastic devices to create a mesh in Southeast Alaska (starting in Ketchikan)

We would like to help people get set up with Meshtastic devices, and understand the software/usage of it, all the different settings for different usecases/devices (home, hunting, on-the-go, search and rescue)

So I was thinking a business where people could buy the devices from us (T1000E, Heltec 4.3, RAK4631, etc), different antennas, anything they need. We would have a sort of instruction manual for each customer to explain everything possible about how the mesh works, the settings, usecases, how getting more people into the mesh makes the mesh better for everyone.

We want explanations too on ATAK/ITAK and its usecases/benefits. Also benefits for hunters, fishermen, construction, (Alaska related jobs), etc for getting into the mesh.

The construction side of the business would be more for helping people get the larger devices like Seed Solar set up/mounted at their house (any construction that may need to be done, getting devices up as high as possible, poles/trees/etc)

We would want to make it affordable and easy to get into the meshtastic ecosystem for everyone, but we would still need to find ways for the business to profit on each device we sell, and construction, along with ideas for support maybe.

Draw up a few documents for each of these concepts/ideas I brought up that I can show my business partner to make this idea realistic and logical. Provide potential numbers/profits, anything we could need to make this logical and successful (also point out any possible potential issues, revenue drops, we could have)
